2007 Highlights

3rd place for 2007 USA Year end IN-HAND 4+year old stallions for AMERICAN WARMBLOOD SOCIETY with a score of 75.7%. NOW APPROVED FOR BREEDING WITH AWS.

High score dressage 66.8 at Training 3 and 65.2 at Training 4 at recognized shows.

CALYPSO started his first year under saddle in 2006 and has been shown in training level and materiale classes.  His willing attitude and three fabulous gaits make him a joy to ride. He has just begun work over fences and is showing his sire's aptitude for jumping.  His sire, Capone I ( 4th spruce meadows masters as an 8 year old) instilled quite a jumping ethic in his son. Calypso does not require a jumping chute, just set the fences and he jumps them with little guidance. His dam, Princess Nayf started a successful career in dressage before it was cut short due to a trailer accident. She still maintains beautiful movement just not the strength to hold up to competition.

Calypso's half brother Winchester (AWS) began his dressage career this summer.

Calypso's full brother Commencement (AWS) is back east pursuing a career in the Hunter/Jumper arena. Commencement is a year younger than Calypso.
